If I could give this 0 stars I would do it in a heart beat. Been in this place for 10 hours this hospital needs to be evaluated and most likely shut down. This place sucks and I would never recommend anyone coming here. Absolute disgrace

I would like to thank Dr. Daniel Green and his amazing Dream Team at the Same Day Surgery namely: Preop RN Tracy Orawiec, OR RN Debbie McCormack, CRNA Willie Salinas, Discharge RN Curlett Sampson, AJ, and shoutout to O. Lumpkins. ❤️Everyone made my visit so relaxed. You gave all the necessary information and your bedside manners were absolutely impressive, hence made my experience so pleasant. I can’t thank you enough for your services.

Staff was very kind and helpful with my whole process. Michelle went out of her way to make sure I was taken care of with my outside reports and making sure I got all my ending reports. This definitely made the whole process easier. Thank you Vista!

I would give it a negative review but I want to acknowledge the nursing staff. 1) Though my father is older, there care has actually caused a decline in his health. I am hoping he hasn’t degraded so far that we can’t bring him back to his pre- hospital level. 2) The place is a 3 ring circus. The doctor says x and the staff says there is no orders. Meanwhile the patient goes downhill.Had to fight to get a PICC line when they are turning him into a human pincushion just trying to draw blood for testing. On that- I have only met 2 phlebotomist that can actually draw a person with poor veins. I had to kick a couple out because they were incompetent. 3) The sad thing is the staff is a mix of very good (who i am grateful that they work here) and staff that is punching the clock. 4) The patient food makes school cafeteria food look five star. 5) To be under staffed they would need to add staff. 6) The place is dirty. In the ICU, the dust on the ceiling and the cables is terrible and dirt on the walls. It is just an overall sense of neglect across the facility.

I've never been to a hospital where I was treated just as subhuman as I was here, and I've been to a lot of hospitals. At one point I had a nurse go off on a tirade talking down at me personally and my struggles with type 1 diabetes because I was trying to advocate for myself. I recently spent three days here in almost every single moment I was actively dismissed or ignored. The excuse that the ER was full kept coming up repeatedly, but when it had emptied out I was still sitting there alone. If you value your health or your dignity, I would avoid this place at all costs.
